Hi, I'm Coach Esther.

I believe that bodies are made to move through every season of life, and physical fitness is one thing no one can take away from you. You must find a routine that not only challenges you, but is enjoyable. We all have physique goals, and they are great, but your love for movement, and how you FEEL outside of aesthetics will continue to keep you going - everyday.

Being strong, creative, and striving for a long and flourishing life are values I hold close to my heart. I am so excited to be your coach while you transform into your best you. I have found my purpose in working with women looking to change their body and minds for the better. You and I will work together to find healthy habits that you can maintain for life.

After 12 years of playing basketball, I had no idea how to move my body if it was not sport specific. I gained over 40lbs my first SEMESTER of university. I tried hating myself thin through nearly every disordered trick in the book before they were even tiktok trends. I then found strength training and it gave me such confidence beyond my appearance.

As physical results take TIME, I realized that focusing on what my body can DO was just as motivational, and that philosophy has supported every season of my life since then.
